2210 - Administrative Leeway in Absence of Board of Education Policy

When leadership decisions must be made or actions must be taken in the absence of existing Board of Education policy guidelines for administrative action, the Superintendent of Schools shall have the power to decide and act; the Superintendent’s decisions and actions shall be reported to the Board of Education at its next regular meeting along with administrative recommendations of revisions of existing policies or additional policies which may be required.
