3170-Expenditure Plan

The budget shall be considered as a controlled spending plan for the ensuing year. The Superintendent is hereby authorized to make expenditures and commitments subject to the specific regulations of the Board of Education and administrative plans approved by the Board of Education.

This same procedure shall be followed with respect to expenditures provided for by any supplemental appropriations.
