4147.22/4247.22 - Communicable Diseases

If an employee of the Board of Education acquires an infectious disease that may be transmitted to others in the course of his/her assigned duties, such employee may be relieved of such obligations by the Superintendent (or designee) in consultation with the School Medical Adviser during the period of contagion.
